Trust & transparency

Your role matters.

Young people need room for a genuine inner life—and adults who hold the process with care, context, and clear boundaries.

Before participation

A parent or guardian reviews the programme purpose, format, expectations, and consent information. Suitability is considered through a direct conversation.

During the journey

Parents support attendance and safety while respecting the young person’s appropriate space for reflection. Programme-specific updates and boundaries are explained in advance.

After sessions

Rather than asking for a performance report, begin with openness: ‘Was there anything you noticed that you want to share?’ A young person may need time.
